Susie Kendis founded The Kendis Group to help leaders enhance their leadership skills while living their best life. She specifically helps leaders align their individual goals to the workplace and strategically ask for what they want, such as tailored work arrangements, stretch assignments, part-time work, management opportunities, sabbaticals, training funds, promotions, and other unique arrangements.
Susie has spent 14 years in management consulting, where she has managed multi-million-dollar client programs, was a Fellow with the World Economic Forum, established multiple business units, and advised C-suite executives. Based on her strategy, project management, and operations experience, plus a decade of coaching and talent experience from recruiting through performance management, Susie offers executives an informed conversation.
Susie has completed Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program and earned her ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation, of which she is a member. She is also a board member of the Greater Philadelphia Diaper Bank, and started her career in the non-profit sector. She earned her M.A. in Latin American Studies from The George Washington University and her B.A. from Emory University.
