Susie Kendis founded The Kendis Group to help organizations maximize their impact. Having spent decades working across organizations large and small, in every sector, she understands the dynamics at play between strategy and operations, and how to establish and deliver initiatives and programs in a lasting way. Susie brings a first-hand understanding of organizational design, direction setting, and complex program implementation – coupled with the critical engagement of leaders, workforce, oversight organizations and other stakeholders.
Susie spent decades in management consulting, where she has managed multi-million-dollar client programs, helped lead a $100M book of business in a COO-type role, was a Fellow with the World Economic Forum, established multiple business units, developed organizational strategies, coached leaders, and advised C-suite executives. Based on Susie's strategy, project management, and operations experience, plus a decade of coaching and talent experience from recruiting through performance management, Susie offers an informed approach.
Susie has completed Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program and earned her ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation, of which she is a member. She was among the inaugural board members of the Greater Philadelphia Diaper Bank, and started her career in the non-profit sector. She earned her M.A. in Latin American Studies from The George Washington University and her B.A. from Emory University.
